AEVA Research

Original research on how practices get found, held to a real standard.

AEVA runs a research program on the questions that decide whether a cash-pay aesthetic or wellness practice shows up: how people search, what earns a spot in Google and in the AI answers, and what actually moves bookings. Every study is measured, sourced, and published to the standard below, so the numbers can be trusted and cited rather than taken on faith.

Why we publish it

The work of getting a practice found is full of confident numbers that fall apart the moment you check them.

AEVA already builds the platform systems that mine how patients search and how the answer engines pick who to name, so we see the data most agencies only guess at. We publish what holds up. Each report is drawn from patterns across the field, scrubbed of anything private, and written so another person could follow the method and reach the same figure. That is the whole point of putting it in public.

The reports

What we have studied, and what is coming next.

We would rather show one honest report than a shelf of rushed ones. The first study is in progress below. It goes live only once the data is gathered, the method is written up, and every figure clears the standard.

    First report topic, pending

Our first study is being built against the standard on this page. It is not published yet, because the data is still being gathered and checked. When it clears every rule above, it will appear here with its full method attached.

The standard every number clears

A figure only appears once it can defend itself.

This is the rule set behind everything published here, and it is the same discipline we hold our own client reporting to. We wrote it out in the open so you can hold us to it, check the math yourself, and see exactly how a figure earns its place before it ever appears in one of our client results.

  • Method before number

Every figure ships with how it was measured. What was counted, how it was counted, and what the number does not claim. A stat with no method behind it does not get published.

  • Named sample and date range

We say how many practices, channels, or queries a finding covers, and the exact window it was drawn from. A trend from one month is labeled as one month.

  • The arithmetic has to hold

Percentages, growth, and ratios are re-derived from the underlying counts before they run. If a change does not reconcile against its own base, it does not go out.

  • Scrubbed of anything private

Reports are built from patterns across the field, never from a single client's identifiable data. Patient information and client-specific results are removed before any analysis begins.

The same research runs your growth, not just our reports.

The systems behind these studies are the very ones AEVA points at your practice: how patients search near you, which treatments they look for, and what it takes to show up in Google and the AI answers when they are ready to book. Bring your booking and revenue figures and see it run.
